Hull city AFC v KSC Lokeren Match thread

Did you mean this as a question? The phrase should be "How that stupid goal in Lokeren cost us."
It's a shame, a real shame - but the aim should be to try and get into Europe next year and try to improve on this performance.

I don't know why everyone's so damn down - we've gone from playing Boston United and Lincoln to playing KSC Lokeren in a game where City were one game away from the European Cup stages. They're a good team, City just haven't turned up. Sure it's dissapointing, but City will bounce back and at least we've never lost (or drawn) a European game at the KC!

 

I wish I'd gone but unfortunately them putting it up to 20 again priced me out and probably 6000 others

20 quid is too much? Fair enough I guess but that's surprising.

 

I just think they shot themselves in the foot, I was going to pay 15 but got to pay my bills unfortunately

 

I think it's that the likelihood of getting a repeat performance (cup final or top 7 finish) is slim. At least we are in the last 32 of the league cup.

 

Thats basic entrance, then you factor in all the other things like programme, beer transport etc

 

No consideration whatsoever for the supporters these days

You don't HAVE to buy a beer or programme you know.

Odd because I bet wouldn't think twice to going to watch Man United for £30.

There has to be another goal in this game, whichever team gets it. We can't go out with a whimper.
