Yet another desperate attempt by him to get the Toon fans onside.

They know he's a ****ing plum better than us.

i knew you were gonna say that :

Massive difference, carroll did not come through your youth system :

Carroll started his professional career with Newcastle United in 2006, before spending a brief period on loan with Preston North End, during which time he scored his first league goal. He established himself as a regular in the Newcastle first team by 2008, and following Newcastle's relegation from the Premier League to the Championship in 2009, scored 17 goals in 39 appearances to help Newcastle finish first in the league, earning immediate promotion back to the Premier League in the process. He continued to play for Newcastle in the Premier League, scoring 11 goals in 19 appearances.

Colback was born in Killingworth, North Tyneside, and joined Sunderland at the age of 10.[3] On 30 May 2008, Colback signed his first professional contract with the club.[4]

Yes started his pro career in 2006, as in signed professional terms in 2006.

He still came up through our youth system before that and played for our youth teams etc. All you've done is a quick Wikipedia cut and paste which doesn't support your point.

Eh? Just because we loaned him somewhere for game time, it doesn't mean he didn't come through our system! He did and we conned Liverpool out of £35million <laugh>

WMS seems to think he'd never played football before 2006 <laugh>

He spent years coming through our youth academy.

Pardew is a proper smarmy cockend.

He knows it; the craas know it and we know it.

The longer he stays owwa there making a twat of them all the better it is for us. I really enjoy his after derby game interviews where he puts on that terribly disguised brave face after a total twatting. Looking forward to it again tbh.

The 2-1 does not deflect from the stupidity of your comment...but you're usually decent craic so fair play <ok>
