I'd rather, if we did draw the rats, do it later in the tournament like. Although if we get them away it's a bye to the next round...
Bit off topic, but as every ****er is on this thread, Alex Song has been offered a free transfer. Too ambitious?

I was at the game tonight, we were quite poor first half. Bridcutt actually played quite well but Johnson was invisible and the passing all round was poor. Our first goal was quite lucky. To be honest Giacc coming on was what changed the game, he looked a little rusty but even so he was a yard ahead of everyone else in terms of reading the game. Pant looked good in goal and was never really troubled, Brown and JOS looked solid. Even though Bridcutt played well we missed Catts and Rodwell. PVA and Buckley were also a big misses as without them we had very little pace.

If we beat Stoke there can only be a maximum of 7 prem teams left. Worth looking to field a strong team.
We will be playing Stoke at home in the third round of the Capital-One cup....we've all got to be happy at that, haven't we???
I was thinking I would prefer another lower league team. But.............. Methinks this may be better for us as we perform much better against higher league teams. If we can get the lads shooting boots and forward passes sorted early doors this may be a canny draw. And no I'm not underestimating Stoke they have been playing canny. But so have we, we have just been a bit toothless and not brave enough at times.
Stoke b team has Moses, walters, Adams, Huth & Crouch so thats canny strong like. I'll put the first team out me.
