Are we finished in the Transfer window?

I think we have done our business now.
Willo is gonna get a suspension so CB is more of a worry now.

 

We got all the new players on the strength of selling 2 players and as it doesnt seem Ashley is going to use 2 years worth of Sky money I guess we would have to sell again in order to buy.

 

I don't think we have. I doubt we'll see this magical striker but the Richards rumours seem fairly persistent and he hasn't gone anywhere else yet. He's also 8/11 on via Skybet and, more interestingly, evens with Betvictor. Loic Remy is the reverse, evens with Sky and 8/11 on with BV. Welbeck's all the way out at 8/1, PEA's the next but at 3/1 and having started for Dortmund I doubt he's available for someone like us.

Can't see us suddenly going for anyone not called Micah or Loic, so if it's not one or both it'll be no-one. But I'm not sure either player will want to stay put.

 

I think we'll see at least one more come in. That's based on nothing more than hope and guesses so not exactly holding my breath about it.

 

I would be surprised if there's any out of the blue signings of players not yet mentioned as the scouting seems to be long term and the club prepared to do without rather than panic buy

 

Notice Eto'o is signing for Everton, which leaves only Spurs and Newcastle as mooted destinations for Welbeck. Certainly rules out another club for Remy.

 

One more will arrive. I'm convinced we'll land a striker.

Also think a CB will arrive if one of Saylor or MYM go.
