3.20 Huntingdon O'Callaghan Strand 2/1 - win LTO working out really well with the 2nd losing by nothing to a Pipe horse rated in the 130's and the 3rd landing a gamble NTO. I can't really see why it will lose.

4.25 Huntingdon Go Amwell 12/1 - I know Kilfinichen Bay won as he liked lto and I expect it will follow up under the penalty but at 12/1 Go Amwell is too big a price to leave alone today. Won the race last year off the same mark under Paddy Aspell who gets the leg up again today. He's the only cd winner in the field with a record of 15 runs and 5 wins. This is definitely the bet in this race and I think the value of the day.

Warwick 230 SERENITY SPA is way to big at 6s the conditions wont be a problem and I can forgive the last run, the run before spa was beat by ginzan by 1.5l gin today carries 1lb extra and spa carries 4lb less so with the 5lb swing there should be a change in the pecking order I may also take the 6s on offer for both with coral in a small rf

    2:50 Newcastle - The Blue Banana 12/1
    4:35 Newcastle - Mojolika 9/1

The 3:10 at Epsom looks an interesting one Silvanus 9/1 on a hatrick has been running well and isn't out of the question but my slight preference is for Humidor 9/2. Rev fc thrown in for good measure

    4.45 Ripon

    Osteopathic Remedy 9/1

I had this earmarked as my biggest bet of the year for months until he won the Thirsk Summer Cup on his last start and, although I've definitely scaled down the size of the bet I've had, he's an incredible each way bet in my eyes. For the last 6 years, Osteopathic Remedy has had the Ripon Rowels as his main target and has racked up an incredible record in the race with 4 wins and 2 places in this contest including the last 2 years and off the same mark of 90, the same mark as last years success, I think this 10 year old veteran will have been primed to the minute for this once again. Unlike most years of running in this race, Osteopathic Remedy comes into the Ripon Rowels on the back of a victory as he ran out a valiant winner of the valuable Thirsk Summer Cup on his last start (form has worked out very well) and despite his age the ability of the Michael Dods trained individual has not decreased at all. Although stall 10 isn't the ideal draw, he normally jumps out of well and the plan will definitely be to either track the pace or sit to the fore of mid division. With last year's winning rider Connor Beasley on board claiming a valuable 3lb, I think Osteopathic Remedy has an outstanding chance and I will be absolutely over the moon if he can win the Ripon Rowels for an incredible 5th time.

Yeah Stick! Had a small inkling they might try do the double having gotten him to a mark of 84. Have backed him the last 5 years in the Ripon Rowels though and he's rewarded me handsomely so don't mind missing out the last day!

Humidor in the 3.10.... he has the golden highway up the standside, and he will like the going at Epsom today. A rare bet.
