Buckley for me, to come out of the championship and terrify their defense the way he did today was superb, he also did well tracking back. Thought Catts and Brown were immense too.

Just a word on Vergini and Buckley. There were several times when Buckley was in the right back position behind Vergini today. Great combo imho.

Catts, Brown, JOS, Vergini, Buckley all equally impressive in their own way.

If the top half of the pitch put in the same shift we would have own, but very happy with the overall result.

I think I just see what I want to see sometimes. I blamed O'Shea for not reacting quickly enough and letting the ball go across him when they scored. Harsh maybe.

Catts again for me, not sure what's been put in his tea but whatever it is it has worked, Gus seems to have got into his head at the moment and leading him towards what he showed before he came to us.
I have been a detractor but he keeps proving me wrong lately !
Rodwell looks like he'll have it when he gets fit, if we can get him there, was not showing as a great influence but a cracking header and I do think he will come good once he gains a yard of fitness
Seb carrying on from last year
Buckley looking like he'll become a crowd favourite
Jozy came on and looked capable of stirring things up, he might get the gig from kick-off midweek and if he shows it maybe Saturday too
Brown was very good but he still thinks he's better with the ball at his feet than he is
    JOS very solid
Vergini, great 1st game back, couple of super tackles
Connor, worked his socks off but could have done better a couple of times
Overall we aren't going bad at all
