Yep. They ain't too happy - been sitting in the same seats for years and although they can see all of the pitch it affects their view down the ground or of the ball is kicked above a certain level. No mention of a reduction in their season tickets though.
Jesus Christ I'd demand a price reduction or moved to a different seat. Out of interest, anyone on here affected?
I think he's been offered a chance to move. But when you're "settled" in the stadium most people prefer to stay where they are because they're used to the people around them.
The screens got right on my nerves today and acyually made todays game experience worse. The game was on throughout and i sit in the south so the north screen is right in front of you. It is in your sight all the time and as they were showing the game you cant but help look up at it. taking your attention of the players on the pitch. then they would flash up adverts and due to the colour change you are drawn to look at it. They should have nothing more that the score and the timer during the game and show the highlights at half and full time. I am not impressed with it. The other thing as well is the electronic advertising hoardings, now have adverts on the back side facing the crowd flashing and changing constantly during the game. They were a right [ain in the arse.
Didn't have the same problems as you Trunds, though this may be down to position. Though I did find a similar problem to what you had today when the advertisement screens went up around the ground, now I've blocked them out.
