    I
**** all to do with lvg.

Plus his training methods are the same as joses, rodgers, pep etc etc. This is because these managers come from the same school of management, taught by van gaal.

Won't be surprised with a Sunderland victory here. That said, I'm going for a draw.

I was going to suggest a line up, but after having a think, it's utterly depressing the players we have available so don't think I'll bother.

Can see this being another loss to be honest, can see the mighty Sunderland having a field day against our midfield and defence.

You and Utd fans will know more than me but I personally think you arent as attractive to some players, Glazer tight purse strings (dont forget you have spent a bit this yr from Jan onwards) and VG unsure who can do a job from your current squad

So it's not all bad news... you know Carrick won't be starting! ;)

They don't all have the same injury do they... if they all have the same injury, questions will have to be asked. Not doing a Fergie tactic of saying his players are injured- and then they magically appear fit and healthy on match day?

No risk of Rojo not getting a permit I assume?

Louis van Gaal is enduring a personal unprecedented casualty list but there is good news for the United boss.

His Dutch World Cup hero and skipper in Brazil, Robin van Persie, is fit and ready to play his first game for the Reds since the
end of last season when United face Sunderland at the Stadium of Light tomorrow.

Van Persie has been catching up on his squad colleagues since his late holiday break following Holland’s third-place
    finish in South America.

On the injury front, van Gaal, who says he has never in his whole career as a coach suffered the amount of injuries that have hampered his start with the Reds, will have Antonio Valencia and Tom Cleverley back in contention on Wearside.

Jonny Evans was back in training yesterday but won’t be ready for the trip.

United’s treatment room woes are easing but £29m summer signing midfielder Ander Herrera has become a new victim of the curse.

The Spaniard suffered an injury in training and is awaiting a scan before the Reds reveal the extent of the problem and how long he might be out.

Marouane Fellaini was also KO’d in training when he picked up an ankle injury. The Reds delayed his scan until swelling went down and will undergo the procedure today.

With Jesse Lingard being ruled out after injury against Swansea and Michael Carrick out until October, van Gaal admits that his midfield is ‘a little bit thin’.

New £16m signing Marcos Rojo is fit but cannot play at Sunderland as he is awaiting a work permit.

Can't see us getting 3 points from this because of the amount on injuries we've got. Think we'll go

    -------------------DDG--------------------
    ------ --Jones---Smalling----Blackett-------
    Valencia------------------------------Young
    -------------Fletcher--Cleverley------------
    ------------------Mata--------------------
    ------------Rooney-----RVP-------------

Midfield and defence is depressing reading to say the least

At least Cleverly's back. It's like signing a new player. A really crap one for £250,000 from a League One team.

With rvp back then suddenly this becomes a very winnable game.

With him in the side, any game is winnable.
