In a spectacular piece of bad planning I am missing 3 home games in a row.... Sunday 19 October - Liverpool (on a plane to the States, 3 days work, 5 days holiday) Monday 27 October - Villa (arriving back in Birmingham in the afternoon, will be unsafe to drive/ will fall asleep on a train after living it up in Chicago for 5 days...) Saturday 8 November - Man City (long standing commitment to go to a Hertha Berlin home game - and possibly Wolfsburg too if the timing works - with mates. Its a bummer to miss this game, but I'm really looking forward to this weekend) So season ticket is available for those games. Any interest please PM me. I will be applying my own, secret, selection criteria, but these will favour those who find it difficult to get to games for whatever reason, so tell me a story! No charge will be levied (its my own stupid fault I can't go) but a donation to Barnardos in memory of Brixton will be appreciated. We will rely on the good offices of Roller and Beth (yes, you get to sit with them!) for ticket transfer, which will probably entail a trip to the Crown and Sceptre pre match.....
I would like to go as I recently lost my leg and on top of that my puppy has gone missing. I only have £4.28 to last me until Xmas so find it difficult making a living ... I am a call girl
You forgot your ongoing relationship with a Chelsea supporting steward who grants you favours for certain services performed ....disqualified.

Nice try Accy, I'm afraid this is going to a QPR fan. Respect for sticking with your grass roots club, you have plenty of glossy temptation up there. Liverpool ticket gone.
You are a self confessed Flashman reader. Disingenuous post, disqualified. (but if you seriously want to go, PM).
On the subject of Harry Flashman, Stan, I finally completed the collection whilst on my recent holiday. I've thoroughly enjoyed the lot of them, but now don't know what to fill my train journeys with. There's a lot of inferior Flashman rip-offs which I fear would be disappointing. Any thought?
Surely it would of just been easier to say you couldn't make those games, no offence but we don't really need to know your life story.
Totally the other end of the spectrum, but equally well written and with a fine sense of humour, are Iain M Banks' sci fi books, especially the 'culture' ones.
