This could look better done like this. Lallana----------Sterling -------Sturridge-------- Suso----------Markovic -------Balotelli--------- Defense and midfield the same. Highlights our improved depth nicely.
Sorry that's what I meant with the "year in" all the others as you say are too new and too young. Honestly think he doesn't rate Enrique much either but same score
Lots of papers saying we're lining up Eto'o on a 1 year contract and reporting a medical has been done
Sturridge and two 30+ year olds who will be mainly impact subs. If Sturridge is out for 10 games, I'd rather have Mario than either of those 2 being first choice.
Least Eto'o would suit our style to a degree, Balotelli won't. Fact is, I don't really want either, I want Studge to stay fit
IN what way will Eto'o suit the style? An Eto'o of 6 years ago, yes, but he's not quick anymore. Doesn't close players down, and he's a **** for trying to take out Hendo in the first 2 minutes and bumming Webb into not giving a pen when he took out Suarez
Only as much of a **** as Suarez and Balotelli. As I said, I don't want either but at least Eto'o moves and puts some effort in. Ironic that you say he doesn't close players down but highlight two incidents that happened against us last seaosn which suggest otherwise
Eto'o too? Gotta say, Studge, Eto'o, Lambert, Balotelli. Very ****ing diverse that! Different element for pretty much every game needed. I have wished for Eto'o to join us for a long long time ( back in 09 especially) but I will take this model if it comes to fruitition!
Part of his medical should be a good old bare knuckle fight with Hendo - if he loses, he can **** off.
Mario has a history of some childish behaviour (because he was a child) but Eto'o is a grown as **** man and pure scum
According to his agent we've been negotiating for Balotelli for the last 3 months. So maybe not a panic signing after all? “The negotiations have been going on for three months. It’s not exactly a scoop,” representative Mino Raiola told the Corriere della Sera newspaper. “Liverpool have always been the only English club who negotiated for Mario. I never lied to the media. Three days ago there was talk of Liverpool, but no offer. The truth is I’ve been working on Mario for months: the time had come to divorce from Milan. “There wasn’t any row, incident or change. It’s not true that the rapport broke down with Milan. I was always against bringing Mario back to Italy: the pressure, the expectation, the media... Playing in Italy is much tougher for him than abroad. “He insisted that he wanted to go from Manchester City to Milan and between client and agent, the client always decides.”
