Swansea City linked with Costa Rica World Cup star Yeltsin Tejeda SWEP: SWANSEA City are being linked with a move for Costa Rica international Yeltsin Tejeda. The 22-year-old, who was part of the Costa Rican side who reached the last eight of the World Cup, currently plays in his homeland for Deportivo Saprissa. But Tejeda is tipped to move on this summer and has been linked with a host of clubs including West Brom, Everton, Sunderland, Derby, Brighton and Fulham. Reports in Tejeda's homeland suggest French side Evian are favourites to sign him - but there are suggestions that a move to Swansea is a possibility. Tejeda is thought to have flown to the UK as he bids to sort out his future, and he could be available for as little as £600,000. Garry Monk is keen to sign a central midfielder, and is also thought to be interested in Frenchman Benjamin Stambouli and Southampton's Jack Cork
Presumably named after the man himself.....1992 was when he was in his heyday.......just hope he doesn't turn to drink like his namesake
Didn't you clock him in Brazil? he played his part in a very good CostaRica side, would love him here, he would fit right into our style of play, man Monk is pressing all the right buttons for me!……………
