    i'd be more disappointed if we lost Bruce in the deal over Boyd

    i rate Bruce as good cover as CB , even in the prem and without a replacement i think we will definitely miss him

    Do you know the connection? They all started in the lower leagues, and guess what - all scored in the top division.

    I'm not suggesting he'll be as successful as those above, but to suggest he'll be no good because he's from a lower league is quite frankly ridiculous.

    Well obviously, having never played in the top division nobody knows if he can hack it at this level or not. Of course, there'll have been rigourous scouting reports, recommendations from other managers, not to mention him playing against us numerous times.

    So I think it's safe to say Brucey thinks he's ready for the Premier League. And that's good enough for me.
