you any inside info to mention Boyd OLM..? On one hand I wouldn't like to see him leave as I still think he's a good impact player - on the other hand I would gladly drive him across there if that's a deal breaker to get Rhodes....
I've got no info at all on the players that might be available for sale/loan, I just went for Bruce(because he's been confirmed), Figgy(because he's forgotten how to play football) and Boyd(as he's someone I think is unlikely to see much game time).
I'd expect Boyd. I like him a lot but I can't see him getting much game time and I'm not sure he suits our formation. Not sure I can see FIggy going though.
I think most of us would be happy to see Figgy go - he's been a good servant to SB but for sure he has the look of the Ginga Nina of a few years ago - you're just holding your breath all the time waiting for the calamity....for sure Boyd may not see too much regular game time but assuming we get through next Thursday (and judging on last night there's absolutely no reason why if someone will just stick it in the onion bag please...) we'll be deep into Thursday/Sunday games & in my very humble opinion Boyd would be part of that...

why is the Club putting all its eggs in one basket getting Rhodes...?? We now as a Club have a history of new signing getting injured either 1 or 2 games and been out for a season..it will more than likely happen to Rhodes too.. If we bought 3 Strikers you would hope at least one of them would stay fit and injury free for a season or so
