    Lol; guess we are all susceptible to acting that way when the mist comes across and we get that tunnel vision about the club we love.
    Even I've been guilty with my form of comeback; sarcasm....
    Now who said that was the lowest form of wit????

    I had a good 2 years living and working in Abertawe and wouldn't let any wums' on a forum tarnish that or lead me to believe that represents the majority of Jacks.

    I'm up for banter and on many levels enjoy it.
    But I enjoy watching the footy more.

    <cheers>

    I have no interest in qpr or what they do. they are a smaller club than us and its going to be difficult for them with clueless Arry the boss....he is doing the same thing as he tried the last time he was in the premiership and that is to spend millions on names that don't gell together......relegation fodder for sure....

    Have to agree. I've belonged to lots of Swans forums and I've never come across one where infighting happens more than this one. It's a shame because there are some top guys here and the debates can be of really good quality - even if I disagree with what s said I can understand the points being made, and the mods are generally good too.

    Just think there are a few who love throwing grenades then sitting back to watch the 'fun'. They are grown men acting like 5 year olds and we all know who they are here. Sad really, because it makes the site more unpleasant and makes the mods' job a tougher one. You just know that even if we thump Burnley tomorrow one of the usual suspects won't be able to resist causing problem. But I'm sure it's the same for most fans of other clubs too. Idiots everywhere, unfortunately.

    I hate clubs that try to buy anyone and everyone who has had a name in football. Cardiff use to do it so did leeds and qpr are still doing it......experience should by now tell qpr it never works. fair play to cardiff and leeds they have come to realise this and are now trying to bring in the right players and not a player with a name in the past...success comes with good management and good chairman who has the club run on a budget. Swansea is the best example anywhere in football on how a club should be run and its good to see some clubs following our example and are trying to do the same thing. Unless you are a massive club then trying to buy success will never work, you have to have a strategy and stick to it and live within your means and bring in players who are affordable and are right for the club...Big names dont do it as qpr found out last time....and are still paying the price even after the players are long gone...

    It would've been a valid point 2 years ago. Not now.

    I detest QPR for the way their fans were when we went to loftus road on a couple of occassions. But, I have to concede i think they will be staying up this year. They are building a tidy team.
