This is a serious question, questions actually.

1) why does Tobes live on our board...is it because there is no one to talk to on the Everton board?
2) why does every thread that he invades turn into a slanging match that ends up about nothing to do with the original statement?
3) and the same goes for bodanki..it must be lonely on their boards but it really pisses me off.

 

Neither of them bother me too much to be honest... yeah, Tobes can steer things towards a slinging match at times, but he's usually well behaved. Bodanki doesn't have the same anti-Liverpool bent that Tobes has at all. He seems very reasonable for the most part!

I think you can have too "sanitary" an environment if you remove all the rival fans- I think having Tobes and Bodanki on the forum adds more than it takes away. I wouldn't want us to become RAWK.

 

There are only 2 Everton fans on this forum so Tobes gets lonely on the Everton board. He can post sensible stuff but it's normally when he's had a few shandys he becomes intolerable.

Tobes adds a lot to the forum if you enjoy seeing an alcoholic embarrass himself over and over!!

We can't really group the likes of Bodanki, UIR & Diego with Tobes though just because they don't support Liverpool. One is an abusive, useless **** the rest are sound and bring some humour and different perspectives to the board.

 

I know. I apologise. If I am completely honest I really don't like the man. But I should behave better.
I called out the twats on my board a long time ago and was a long time vocal opponent of Cpofl (I am sure most of you will remember him).
I call it like I see it, regardless of a persons football affiliations.

 

I was saying this about Lovren at the end of last season. He is an organiser, like Carra was, and what we have been crying out for at the back Now if Moreno or Enrique can play instead of Johnson I think we will ship a lot less goals than last year

Bodanki is fine. Good lad. I also have no issues with UIR or Diego, we may differ in opinions but that's fine - we don't start slagging each other off and making personal insults.

Tobes left the board, came back and was good for a while - now we're back to square one where every thread he comments on turns into a slagging match because he is incapable of admitting he is wrong. To the point of personal insults - the true sign of frustratation of losing an argument.

It might be time for Tobes to take a back seat again and calm down before he has a proper meltdown

 

Exactly this. UIR and Tobes can go on a bit too much at times but fall back in line after a word usually. Never had a problem with Diego or Bodanki.

 

Also his point was absolutely stupid in the first place. Benfica replaced Markovic with Bebe therefore Markovic is worse than Bebe....

It's one thing to try and wind people up but it's lazy if that's the type of logic you use.

 

You're right that one vital FA cup goal is definitely worth more than Shelvey's six league assists. Either way I could've picked Adam Johnson, Charlie Adam (yes that one), Jason Puncheon, Jordan Mutch, Kevin Nolan or Steve Sidwell as they all outperformed Barkley by your measure.

I've said before Tobes adds little towards intelligent conversation, his comment in here may be tongue in cheek but he's probably being serious.

Rival fans in the board is great because it offers an outside opinion which can actually be right, Tobes sees th need in causing pointless debates which leads it him getting to angry over the pointless debate and just kicking off.

We all seen enough from Bebe to know he's not good enough, while Markovic has been touted as the next big thing.

As for the rest of you Mary's. I've never even seen Markovic play ffs, I've no idea whether he's brilliant or a you tube purchase. A fact that that I've admitted previously, therefore my Bebe comment was totally tongue in cheek (but factual nonetheless), the whistle was a clue like........never mind.
