Yeah just saw that, so I retract that comment. Booked my Lokeren ticket online and my details are correct, they've just not bothered sending it out. I have emailed them with my numerous grievances.
Many are about to go to Belgium and would like to know they will have a season pass when they return, it's surely not too much to ask?
Passes have always been out much earlier than this . I'm not trying to tell Mr Allam how to run his business but maybe they could hire more/better people ?
My pass completed it's 120 mile journey on Saturday morning. Not that I'm trying to rub it in or anything...
Well mine was sent to the wrong address despite the fact they sent the renewal form to my new address! So i ask them to reprint it, and i would collect it Friday. They reprinted my old mans, some bloke next to me (no idea who he is) and mine so all of us now have to pick up our tickets. What a bunch of useless twats.
Gonna try and get through again tomorrow as if they've done that, I won't be getting it at all. And they haven't responded to my email, or responded to my tweet, so it's hard to get hold of these aloof bastards to get a replacement sent IF that's what I need. I just wanna watch some games. As I have paid £500-odd for.
What I don't get is that the 5 passes that came today all came under separate postage in their own envelope. Seems like a waste of 4 stamps, doesn't make a lot of sense!
I'm at work today, my girlfriend has been at dentist. She gets back home, and there's a card from Royal Mail saying they tried to deliver something, couldn't, and we need to wait 48 hours to pick it up or get redelivered. Not bothered putting whether it's for me or her. Could be my pass, could be one of her numerous purchases off Boohoo. Who knows? It really winds me up. Anyone else have to sign for theirs?
