It was only creepy because you interpreted it in a completely different way to how it was meant to be! It was meant to be an ironic self-deprecating joke in regards to my ability with women.
New Fable track going up (finally) this afternoon. It's a bit longer. And a bit harder for you on first listen. It's about schizophrenia and the ending sounds like an exorcism. We don't like to do things by halves.
Actually, I personally would have liked to have run with the epic 9 minute track, but the blogs etc wouldn't have gone for it... So we're saving that one.
My jobseekers course is going well. Gone down the pub for a couple of pints to make the afternoon go faster.
Twitter users beware - don't feel tempted to click on the trend "Ian Botham"... ...it contains a picture of Ian Botham's penis.
If you harbour a desire to see Ian Botham's penis, then please go ahead and click the trend! The choice, Sotonist, is entirely yours.
Okey doke - Fable part 2 is here. Schizophrenia. You'll love it. Go listen, loud and with headphones. And more than once. Not quite as easy as the first one, but more rewarding. http://www.soundspheremag.com/spherecast/exclusive-stream-fable-stranger-in-my-head/
EP will be out October 13th on iTunes/Amazon and all the other disreputable places. By FAR the best song is yet to come though. I really wish we could put that one out there!
Quite an experience. 1st go I liked it. That reminded me of a cross between early-ish XTC [Complicated Game, sort of thing] and Laurie Anderson. Oh, and Bjork again. Complicated Game is from 1979. You can hear a similar edge, only Andy Partridge progressively gets madder into rage, whereas Fable keeps a lid on her insanity: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_QFMuieWiI Both are good challenging bits of noise.
