right guys ,, lets have a look at things ..

has this really been no , the new dutch lad could be a good player . but that's if or maybe .

but we still have the same c halfs .now if we couldn't defend in this postion last season cant see how they are going to do better this season .

colo is getting old and worse and taylor is just a liability .
nowts changed .. other teams have improved .

we are just going to concede a heap of s**t goals again ...just cant understand why this is just not addressed ..

Colo was way off the pace I thought.

 

do yous not think colo could play as a midfield player ...control and little runs are mint ...need a nasty type man to man marker type c half ..

I'm getting more and more impressed by Willo. He's really been playing at a magnificent level. Now that he knows that he can do and what he can't.

 

I thought we did ok defensively. Colo and Willo had good games. Janmaat made errors but he will be good enough. Left back is our problem area, we have three not very good ones. Santon is way better than Haidara and Dummett. I'd still like a centre back. It means either Saylor or Mbiwa staying but as long as they are 4th choice its ok.

I agree with Mr T, our main problem was breaking City down. Obviously we missed De Jong badly. I still think a Grenier is needed though.

 

We did play well, however, we are a real sucker for any ball knocked over the top as opposing forwards react a lot quicker than our 2 CB,s. Previous thread said Colo made one mistake and got punished, unfortunately that is the PL for you with World Class forwards. One is all it takes.
