We haven't looked too bad - a wealth of pace and movement compared with last season. Still no cutting edge unfortunately. Riviere needs to keep his head when in possession. It's too early to judge him as he needs time to settle, but if he's going to take a while then we need that Remy type proven PL goalscorer.

I wouldn't be to disappointed chaps. You have played well and should be encouraged.

Colback is playing as good as he can get, unfortunately for you's. Hurries players and passes the ball no longer then 5 yards that's about it. You won't get goals or assists from him, he's not very likely to start many attacks either. I've got no malice against the lad because he always gave 100% for us.

I've been pleasantly surprised wit how we've played. The first 15 mins looked frightening but we really started to come into it. Lots to be encouraged by, and lots to look forward to once these players start to get to know each other's play better.

The defence has done better than I expected and Williamson has been immense. Dummet exposed for pace a couple of times and Colo at fault for the goal - tho to an extent you also have to hold your hands up and say it was brilliant play from Man City.

Riviere looks promising but needs to keep his head when given chances. Some nice touches tho. And very encouraging from Cabella too.

We've done well, but that makes the goal all the more disappointing. Midfield have worked their arses off. Riviere's trying but he needs support. We offer nothing going forward unfortunately. Whenever Sissoko gets the ball and runs at their defence you just don't fancy him to pick the right pass, and we really needed to make more of those situations. Just not enough guile there - someone like De Jong would make a big difference I'm sure. Now we're behind it's going to be tricky.

I think we are in desperate need of a pacey CB. Janmaat likes to go forward, and while Gouffran has done a fine job covering I can see us getting hurt by teams who counter-attack with pace.

Riviere has looked decent. Like he is pretty capable of playing that role up top by himself if need be. String and good movement. Not cool enough by far when getting into good positions but hopefully that will improve.

Undone by one moment of class, we have not disgraced ourselves against the billion pound team. Keep up the attacking play and something may fall for us, though no disgrace if we lose this match. Htl!

Colback should have gone for goal from that freekick and get everyone following it in.
