Théophile-Catherine signed for Cardiff City on a four-year deal on 31 August 2013 for a reported fee of €2.4 million (£2.1 million). He made his debut for Cardiff City on 14 September 2013, playing the full 90 minutes in a 1-1 draw against Hull City. <cool>

There was a story about 2 weeks ago that he was looking to go back to France.

Lost a family member and able to go back to France near his family was a no brainer.

I thought he always gave his best one of the true triers in the last few games last season, you could see how gutted he was when we lost.

Agreed Dai. Not the most skillful or tactically aware but certainly a trier. Goodluck to him.

Yes the Prem found him out but I think he could do a job in the Championship, a season in there would have helped him no end.

Agree good luck to him, must admit I liked his passion not the most gifted but neither was super Kev and he done ok.

Think the Prem found out almost all of our players !

Good luck to KTC, he gave a 100%, sometimes that is better than ability.

KTC would be one of the best full backs in the league.

However hes on PL wages and not 1st choice so the right decision to move him on.

In hindsight City should have given Brayford a chance last season. KTC is a likeable and enthusiastic player but really is not that good.

Can't forgive him for that blind pass to a Sunderland player in 98th minute at CCS Last December.
