Still under consideration for a permanent position? If so, that sounds like she's testing your work ethic/loyalty/whatever by seeing whether you'll stick around to do the work, or will throw the papers in the air and do a little jig before departing.

    Or she's just some bitch.

Unless you need a reference go dump it back on her desk when you leave.

On the name front, our kids are going to have some fairly unusual names. Our first is due in about 5 months now and we're pretty set on Baljo Turt [REDACTED].

You use the Wikipedia random article button to make important naming decisions as well?

I'll have you know Baljo Turt and Harland James will turn out to be fine young gentlemen indeed!

If we can round off with a girl and get Annabel Fantastic there we'll have all the kids we wanted!

And in an era where Zephyr Teachout (a professor, naturally) is a serious contender for major political office, don't let anyone tell you that you're dooming them to a life of huffing paint thinner and selling scrap copper. It's 50/50 at worst!

    Best name ever

I have a nephew called Barney. Horrible name, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Just some bitch; there was no permanent position open.

I did all the work, but purposefully made a couple of mistakes which probably will go unnoticed for a couple of weeks and when she discovers them she'll have to redo everything. Proud of myself there.

That whole thing about names setting up children for future failures is such bollocks. It's correlation without causation.

I used to teach in Leigh Park where there were plenty of kids with awful names. Those kids don't have their futures limited by their names, their future is limited by their parents bringing them in late every day as they wait to get their methadone dose (sadly a true story there).

Rangers winning 2-0, could be in SPL next year. Will Davis leave at the end of the season?

The creature who goes by the name War Machine has been arrested at some motel.

Also I've seen some of the online reactions to this whole Christy Mack thing, and I've seen a hell of a lot of people who have no sympathy for her just because she does porn. People suck, man.

I guess War Machine has some loyal fans even though he's a wholly **** person.

It's more just a case of a lot of men being neanderthalic knuckle draggers.

If Twitter is a social experiment then all the world has proved is we can be dickheads anonymously with a high level of efficiency.
