3.30 Ripon Pipers Note Amy Ryan back in the saddle tomorrow having already won twice on it. Sounded very confident on ATR this afternoon. Will do for me 10/1

Tipped SUPPLICANT for the Great St Wilfred tomorrow. Won the Mill Reef last year but has yet to shine this. Lots in his favour tomorrow though. An ease in the weights, a little give underfoot and returns to a course he has won at twice. He is still an entire so they surely still hold him in some regard. Failure tomorrow and I reckon the knackers will be off....if that threat doesn't galvanise him then nothing will.

Then again Fahey only has 4 in the race to confuse matters as well as a couple for T.Baron and D.O'Meara - talk about a bloody minefield !!

If you had the choice of transferring the career winnings of a horse engaged tomorrow into your account which would it be?

I'd be happy with Side Glance's winnings.

Very true Ron but would you believe Red Cadeaux has amassed over £4m.

Bugger. I nearly went for that one. Bit of a globetrotter. Obvious I suppose <doh>

Exactly!...only 7 wins from 44 starts...cross reference this with the whats wrong with our racing thread.

Interesting to note that the Galway H'cap Hurdle, run a day after, had a larger first prize, even factoring in the then exchange rate, than the Sussex Stakes.

Why do you refer yourself in the 3rd person? All seems a bit harsh really <laugh>

    2.20 Newmarket Syrian Pearl 4/1

Info from a friend who is involved with the trainer who is very confident that this one will win today. Also, trainer is in fantastic form right now with 8 winners from his last 12 runners. The horse has really hit form this year and she is still firmly on the upgrade. Up against some very experienced handicappers today but I've still got a fairly big bet on this

Newbury 240 very intresting to see Hayley Turner pushed to one side to allow Baker two from two onboard SEAL OF APPROVAL . Was 5s earlier not sure now though but they look set to strike today

    3.50 Newbury Gregorian 9/4

Optimum trip, optimum conditions, won this race last year. Think he is a good price at 9/4 in a race he should win if over his race last weekend.

I'm with Brough in regards to Gregorian and Syrian Pearl

For the tricky Ripon 3-30 I'm keeping faith with Confessional who for sure will need luck in running - but is due some and will be finishing as strongly as any.

And I'm looking no further than Pethers Moon at Newbury

    Good luck all
