    Nice post.

Arguably he should have a stronger claim to continue his career, as by doing his job he is very unlikely to pose a threat to women - unlike, in some circumstances, plumbers and firemen.

Still wouldn't want him at my club though.

Based on that website and the effort and continued fight and stance taken there has to be something to look at again.

I smell a rat when any evidence is deleted such were her facebook entries

Rape and other sexual crimes stick but i would love to see a charge brought to anyone that falsely accuses these crimes. The first instance seems to be guilty if the word rape is used.
UK culture gone mad again. Statistically a woman is raped every ten minutes in London ... as she's just about fed up with it!

Sorry to hear that Beth was raped by a dentist or did i read it wrong

I got graped once ... there was a bunch of them

It's a odd life as I often watch the youth pile into clubs in Sutton ... young dumb and full of cum. It is understandable that sexual acts happen based of what is being worn. Coming Back from town (London city) last year and walking through Sutton I have myself been offered a two's up by very drunk female blonde youths who i challenged wouldn't contain me or my desires. It was a joke situation as it was them that stopped me to chat well they were after a roll up and I engaged.

On another occasion I took a comment about my laptop bag from a lad who shouted "Mate you have a dead fly on your bag" (its a red Crumpler bag with a oversized logo on it) ... "Are you a ****?". See straight onto sexual topics
He caught me on a bad day and so i turned quickly and engaged " ACDC youth and at least I haven't got my cap on the wrong way" ... conflict and he and his mate who also started threw a punch that missed ... i didn't and see the lads often once in a while and always make a b line towards them ( important IMO) ... nothing is ever said or has ever happened since ... Am I wrong as i sometimes hope it kicks off again... but funds must be low and drink is not always present with them now i have noticed

Now my point is culture and during daylight hours walking on route to the station I have yet to even be spoken to in anyway like the two recent examples in my life so what is the difference here? ... Youth Culture today revolves around sex drugs and opportunity ... the same as when I was young but there is a difference today as things IMO have degraded and yes opportunity does knock on the younger mind ... they want money and they want out and who can blame them... I can't

I believe the actual law is totally out of date and control on these matters and in the sober light of day it bears no relation to what actually takes place.

The two events above are often on my mind and could of turned out differently then we would be looking at headlines of:

Madman rapes girl and makes other one watch or ...
Dirty Old Sod took my daughters innocence away in mad open air gang bang ... he made us do things

Mad attacks young boy for no reason whatsoever then punches innocent by stander.

Like SB this case could be anything and why should we care if nothing is done to change the big picture?

This bloke has been convicted and I doubt if he will recover casualty of today's system?

    He should of done that
    He shouldn't of done that
    She did that
    She didn't do that

If he is a good player then let him play maybe ... he won't rape anyone on a football pitch and as I hope i have shown ... it's a very tricky jungle out there and...

    We are ants

Justice should be served by sentencing alone - the small crumb to the victim of any crime that the perpetrator is unable to harm anyone else for X years.

Unless there is a financial loss to the victim then why should they get a payout? The punishment is equally about cleaning up society.

Putting a price on a crime that is dependent on the accused's bank balance is an insult to all those victims to people of lesser wealth. We have put ourselves in this ridiculous position (or more specifically, the law-makers have).

Otherwise I might as well go out and antagonise a rich kid - could be the best thing to ever happen to me if he wades in.

In this particular case, something seems awry but, if it's that amiss, why did the first appeal fail? I'd need to hear both sides for balance. Definitely, removing incentives from being victims to the wealthy is the best place to start to remove crank claims.
