People are getting wise to Levy ...... we need to.

The clock's ticking and Spurs look like a club with loads of players but no team ....... their manager won't want to go into the season with a dozen unwanted players moping around or a bunch of new ones who don't know the way to the ground.

    found this -

`Altidore’s 2014 World Cup campaign ended due to injury just 23 minutes into the USA’s opening match against Ghana, and the forward is looking to put a frustrating time behind him and enjoy a positive season on Wearside.

“Last season I had a lot to deal with off the field, I know people see us as footballers but we are people as well, and when that isn’t right it is difficult to play.

“Now I have got everything in line and I have got a great club, so I am looking forward to having a more positive season and helping the team finish a good position.”

Sounds like he had personal problems. Well, if they`re sorted now he has no excuse.

When I was in the Sheraton Krakow, the lad at the bar had OCD with pulling pints and he couldn't perfect it, I ended up with 4 pints for 15 Zloty, just a tip in case you're ever passing and thirsty!

Watch out if you are ever in Poland. They have a scam where young girls ask tourists for change and then give the tourists old zloty notes (which are worthless)

I go quite often, I've got contacts over at Arcelor Mittal and a couple of buyers over there as well who arrange meetings for me now and again. I rarely carry any change as it is so they'd just get told to ram it anyhow.

I've been saying that since the start of the window when Congerton said it's likely we'll still be doing business last day. If, we'd taken the hasty route we could have done business like Hull has. Livermore or Rodwell?

Poland great for cheap pints. If you ever have a chance do one of the music festivals Opener, Warsaw, Coke festival or Baby Doly you'll never get stung for more the 7zl for a beer. Bit more civilised then the rip off festivals in the UK.

Thing is, we have a full Italian international on one wing and a full England international on the other wing. Given the price of Buckley, the ability to already know and can play Poyet's style and that he's going to squad player, I'm happy with Buckley rather than pay 8 million for Snodgrass to sit on the bench. That's the difference, Snodgrass will be a starter for them, He'd be a pricey bench warmer for us. Don't want to overpay for a bench warmer. 2.5 for Buckley is a great deal to add depth.

    Couldn't agree more.

Townsend, Dembele and (maybe) Chiriches - I saw him play once at WHL last season and he looked pretty good.

Looking at our bench, and squad, I'd say we have a good chance of progressing in the cups again.

I'd only have a full team out for the FA Cup and leave the League Cup to the 'squad players' to get some match time in.

Soldado and dembelle. Gus and John o shea have just been on sky sports and we have signed the player from Brighton, and still trying for Borini. Has anything happened with Eto ?, great to have him up front with Fletcher.

I think a healthy blend of first team and squad players for the cups. I wouldn't hesitate to give squad players league run outs against the right opponents. I think the squad on the whole is much more competent to play our system this season. Hopefully we can get a few more in as we're still thin.

No more bargains from Spurs thank you, money down the drain as far as we are concerned, lets see Levi get his fingers burnt, for once.

It's a measure of our progress that we wouldn't take all of them - all good players.

I'd take Chiriches to offer some youth and potential at CB. Dembele, Townsend, Chadli would all be great - I'd take Townsend or Chadli over Borini if we could get them for a decent fee.
