What about this one? please log in to view this image please log in to view this image A former Utah teacher set to stand trial for a sexual relationship with a teen student has now been accused of sleeping with another boy during roughly the same time period in 2013. A trial set for September will be postponed as investigators levy new charges in the case against Brianne Altice, 35, a former English teacher at Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah, about 20 miles north of Salt Lake City. Altice was first busted in October after police say she had sex several times between January and June 2013 with a 16-year-old student. The teen, who could describe the womanâs South Weber home in detail and the location of the teacherâs tattoos, allegedly had sex with his teacher at her home, in a park and even in a church parking lot before school, the Deseret News reported. Her attorney tried earlier this year to have the charges tossed, arguing the boy pushed for sex and that prosecutors never proved she exerted âundue influenceâ over the teen student. âShe repeatedly refused and declined his advances until he ultimately broke down her resistance," Edward Brass wrote in a motion to dismiss the three counts of felony rape and one count of felony forcible sodomy. âThe state failed to establish probable cause to believe that the intercourse that occurred was without consent.â A judge denied that motion in June, and a month later, prosecutors filed more charges after the second boy, 17, came forward with his tales of several sexual trysts between April and June 2013, KSTU-TV reported. The story, which the teen bragged to friends about as a conquest, leaked after one of his peers told her grandmother, who notified police. âHe was happy about it. He was telling everyone that, âYeah, Iâm the one who did that,ââ the girl told the TV station. â(The teen) said, âHey, letâs tell secrets,â and I was like, âAlright.â And there was another girl too and he told us, âI slept with Ms. Altice.ââ But the male teen allegedly broke down, crying as he told school officials in October that he had sex with Altice while acting as the womanâs teaching assistant, the Fox affiliate reported. The girl who alerted police told KSTU she was bullied and assaulted after classmates learned she reported what she had been told and was forced to change schools. âIâm happy (Altice was) charged because she ruined my life too, like with all this happening. I think she should get charged for it. Itâs wrong,â the classmate told the TV station. Altice reportedly used an app to disguise her cell phone number when she communicated with the two boys. She faces four counts of rape and two counts of forcible sodomy. Itâs unclear when her new trial will take place, but sheâs been out on $10,000 bail since her arrest last October. Her husband filed for divorce shortly after and Altice was fired by the school district Feb. 3. She had been in the school district in 2004 and was hired to teach English at the high school in 2012. âI walked in and said, âI have a question. So and so tells me you have been sleeping with him,â and (Altice) started crying to me, saying âPlease donât say anythingâ and then a couple days later she told me, âYeah, itâs true,ââ the witness told KSTU.
