Evening lads, Sunderland fan here in peace.

Just looking at my fantasy football teams (various websites), and on some de Jong and Cabella seem fairly decent value. My question is, how much are they likely to play? Will both be playing 90 mins from day 1, or are they likely to be eased in? How have they looked in preseason?

    Cheers lads <ok>

De Jong may miss the first couple of games as he is currently injured but if fit, Pardew will play both in his starting 11 rest assured.
I also have a feeling De Jong will be given the job of penalty taker.

SDJ if fit will do well IMO. However Cabella is the sensible option as SDJ has not had a good fitness record over the last season or so.

Both are 1st team players when fit.

The sensible option is start with NO Newcastle players especially if money is involved.

If you have doubt, choose French! I am joking. =^)

Of the two in seriousness Cabella is the better player but both have good.

Cheers guys, the one I do at work you only get two transfers throughout the season <yikes> so think I'll avoid De Jong based on this...

If they're fit, they'll play. De Jong is a goal scorer, like a Nolan but with more ability. Cabella is like Cabaye with pace and more skill. Both will be worth their money. De Jong might miss the start of the season.

That sounds ******ed. 2 transfers? Surely you mean 2 wildcards?
