Morning all First day back in the office, so got a lot to catch up on. Hate mondays We sounded devoid of Ideas against the Wall, I hope the season just started to early for us but I cant see us improving on our finishing position this year without some new signings coming in that can make a difference. I know its been said a thousand times but pinning our hopes on Hunt and White is pathetic and wont work, but we all know that!

Morning all Was buzzing about the season till full time on Saturday than reality kicked in. Starting to think that we won't do much this season and we'll be lucky to finish mid table. I've never been a fan of the European method of player transfers. Not letting the manager buy the players he wants always say to me 'we don't trust your choice in players', we can get somebody better. Wonder what said coach/manager thinks of that. Remember that Curbs and Keegan left their clubs for that reason. As for Hockadoodledo, terrible choice of coach. Totally pointless bringing in somebody who has failed in the conference. You look at the likes of Derby and Forest who have brought in good managers and coaches and you wonder what Cellino is thinking not getting somebody of that caliber.

Hello all ... another good discussion, thanks elland ... I think all of us are clearly starting to understand that unfortunately the Hock simply isn't a Leeds United manager ... Byram will be sold and the money will go towards buying back Elland Road ... we need to face life under Cellino, brings in cheap players, and then those that shine are sold on for a massive profit and the cycle starts again ... this is the way he has worked in the past and it won't change now ... the difference is that half the Championship clubs can probably survive in Serie A, and his methods are going to be seriously exposed in England ... oh well

Cheers Jock. I just tke the view that it's a new team with a new and relatively inexperienced Manager. Given a bit of time, he'll succeed & we'll get to where we want to be. Trouble is, I'm not entirely sure Cellino will give him the time he needs. Tomorrow's game against AS suddenly takes on a whole new level of importance.
