TIMEFORM Preview Good Luck
Very confident on Vorda tomorrow in the Prix Maurice de Gheest. Drop back in trip is just what she needs, has always been a sprinter. Her form last year was top class and I think she could easily be a class above these.
Shalamzar @ 6/1(Boyle) 5:05 Curragh From the Tony Martin barn which is in excellent form 7 winners from last 20 runners (35% strike rate), Shalamzar (Drawn 15) finished 3rd behind Hasanour (Drawn 1) at Galway, 1 mile, good, 10 days ago, well backed that day SP 15/2, Fran Berry tucked him in at the back of the field from his wide draw and was last with 2 furlongs to go, but without getting the clearest of runs ran on well up the hill to finish a never nearer 3rd beaten less than 2 lengths. It appears to me as if his shrewd trainer had readied this one for the 1 Mile Galway race only to be undone by the car park draw!!!(Only previous run on flat for this barn was over 1mile 4 furlongs S.P 25/1 ???), Today Shalamzar has the best of the drawn in trap 1 and Hasanour (12), he is also 6lbs better off at the weights. I believe this horse is very well handicapped off a mark of 76 and @ 6/1 Each/Way 1/4 the Odds 1st 4 places paid he must go close to winning. I'm having my biggest punt of the season Each/Way. He is being backed @ 5/1 on the exchanges this evening so there could be the opportunity for a back to lay bet as this barn enjoys a punt! Good Luck!
Hello lads. Not looked at tmz's action..need bifocals or less wine...under a little pressure after boozy lunch and afters. Loving the golf..muy excitisimo. Hope there is someone in the recorders hut to extricate Mark Roe from Rory's arsehole...what a slurping groupy.
Have to say a big thanks to FUSION for flagging up McIlroy at the start of the tournament, was 5/1, great price for the world's best golfer at the minute and by some distance too. Cheers buddy
He ain't home yet Beefy although he looks a good thing...must have had less than 24 goes with the flat stick..hardly a incisive tip as the hot fav. Fusion normally backs half the field anyhoooo GL tmz.
Think your runner is at the Curragh - which makes your choice debatable - as yours is a longer racecourse to type. But that aside maybe a good choice. Going back in time would really like Castle Bar Sling to win - won some time in the past but cannot understand why some people run their charges into the ground - why put a horse through so much needless effort, and incur the entry costs, is it an ego thing. I think I would throw my lot in with Beau Satchel - not putting more than 20p on it = not very confident that it will win. Actually, if you need some sort of indication, Mr Mullins has the young Mr O'brien onboard. If that is not antagonism shaking hands then perhaps it's all about recognising talent, so maybe Ashjar may do it - on the other hand a name based on how someone flicks the ash of a cigarette doesn't deserve to win Brien
With the amount of rain forecasted, the going should be perfect for Maarek after his time off and for Kool Kompany 2 singles and a double although a bigger single on Maarek
Leicester 300 artfull prince and swift have been running well of late and could get a helping hand with the weather
Ground is a major concern have had a few quid on Viztoria & 5/1 trip seems ideal and loves juice in the ground although would love to see Casper netscher win goes well fresh so has a slight chance but won't begrudge him winning
Although can see all talk n do running in to a place is bred to stay long distance so if it comes down to stamina will suit him just may need a run after time off
I am on PIAZON today cracker, form of his last two runs looks decidedly useful in this company. Sadly Hugh Taylor has put it up also!
Was a toss up between the two and if the ground goes too soft it will favour noble but swift has a bit of experience on artfull and the weight may well show
