So thats a yes, next time you ever claim you only speak facts and that you know more about the club than any of us here, im going to quote this......

I have also never claimed to know, thats your expertise mate ;) I only share my opinion, I am not ignorant to claim my opinion as fact, like you.

siggy = vorm + ben + cash, how much cash who knows, what's the problem?

Each player wanted to move from their respective clubs. the respective clubs wanted each others players, the players were happy to move, a deal was struck and complete accord was achieved between the players, Spurs and Us, everyone was happy, happy days

Sometimes the truth is just boring whichever way it comes out.

You got to know what you are talking about first and it's obviously you dont and never have.....How can a fan say that jinx is wrong??? How would a fan know that <laugh> Just keep paying your money and leave the complicated stuff of running the club to those with an invested interest. I could not give a s**t if he was wrong as its none of my business and neither is it anyone elses...

Undisclosed fee always makes me think that either the buyer or the seller has something to hide, otherwise why not publish the facts?

Dai is right. Just support the team and leave the running of the club to the board. Some fans seem more interested in the business side of things than the football. The board can't reveal everything, as then all other clubs would know our negotiating tactics. Some things have to be kept out of the headlines.

Utrecht are pissed off because they think that you're pulling a fast one on Vorm's valuation in the deal.
It suited your club to value him as lowly as possible and to nudge things up on Davies' price, if they were all done in one go.
If, for example, you believed that both players were worth £6m each, then estimating Davies at £8m and Vorm at £4m would see the payout to Utrecht drop by £600k.
That's quite a lot of money for a small adjustment on some paperwork, though it's bound to piss off the Dutch side.

This has been rumoured to have happened before with clubs making multiple transfers to the same side.
Villarreal and Mallorca tried to do something similar with Giovani Dos Santos and Tomas Pina.
Porto supposedly screwed Sporting out of their 25% sell on clause for Moutinho to Monaco, by doubling it up with James Rodriguez.
They valued the pair at £60m, but the Portuguese player at only £1m of that amount. This was later denied, though.
Legal threats seem to have stopped it from happening too blatantly, so far.

Same can be said that it was none of your business if Laudrup did wrong, your just a fan right, you pay your money, yet you didn't shut the hell up in that instance.

And thankfully I am not the only one to find your comments amusing after the **** you used to say about Jenkins on the old 606 site. You laid in to the bloke every day you hypocrite. You more than anyone have no right to have a pop at anyone saying Jenkins has done wrong, we just mention he is not infallible, you hated the bloke.

"The transfer of Michel Vorm was conducted and concluded correctly under Premier League rules," a Swansea spokesman said.

"It was approved by the Premier League and also FIFA via their TMS (Transfer Matching) system.

    Swansea dismiss Utrecht claims

"While we have been in contact with Utrecht as a matter of courtesy, we will continue to conduct our business in the best interest of our football club and our supporters, and not based on the views of other clubs.

"Unlike some countries abroad, we do not have third party ownership of players in Britain.

"The club will not be commenting further on this matter."

Im sure the dutch club would like to know the details. Sending Vorm to the Spurs for nothing but still recieving cash reeks of wrong Stumpy .

Whatever the truth the perception is the club transferring the player and getting out of paying the sell on fee is acting immorally, this could adversely affect future purchases if trust is doubted.

Strange that, because you have spent the last 5 yrs telling us you know everything at the club and are always right.

If it's happened before then clubs should insist on money up front instead of a sell-on clause or find some other way around the situation e.g. an independent valuation if swaps are involved. Lawyers who draw up contracts should cover these things with standard clauses.
