Reading FC boss Nigel Adkins coy on Anton Ferdinand speculation

I was just having a look at my local news website and stumbled across this.

Nigel Adkins has refused to be drawn on speculation linking Anton Ferdinand with a move to Reading.

Is Anton still on our books? I can't remember if we loaned him or was sold?

 

Pretty sure we just gave him away to the first person that walked past whether they wanted him or not

 

Pretty sure his mum has a lot to do with this.
I heard she was sick of all the driving.

 

Cheers for the feedback Sutfol. It's come back to me now, his contract run out and he was loaned out for the last year of that, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Reading are supposed to have new mega rich owners, they are not aiming very high if Anton is being linked. No disrespect to Anton, he was just never the same after that home match against our neighbors!
