Undisputed loss away 3-1; failing to score at home: naïve at best...

Are you serious? It is well documented that Michu knew sod all about Swansea City and Laudrup was his prime motivation in joining us.

But you said they were a disgrace. Which one is it. make your mind up.

Napoli that season beat Dortmund, Arsenal and Marseille and home, maybe all those 3 were a disgrace and/or naive.

Of course Monk did, take your Laudrup glasses off Mikra, we nearly beat Napoli, and should have imo as we were the better side.
As for winning, it was ML who installed a negative winning feeling saying we were in a different division within the league week after week, playing down expectations.

A mute question as he wasn't and we do not know how the team would have performed.

I don't think I'll ever be at a point where I can accept the team we put out against Everton. It was disgraceful and something that I hoped my club would never be involved in. Who are we - ****ing West Ham ???

We would have beat Napoli last season if Jenkins left well enough alone imo .. ditto stereo statement , a disgrace whether it was Monk or Jenkins who sent that teamout .

Still denigrating Laudrup at every opportunity,I see,Valley.

Shame that you can't "take your Monk glasses off" for a few minutes.

Top post. I have been reading the series of what other clubs fans thought of our last three managers. Rodgers came out well in front and monk is winning fans over and looks impressive. As for laudrup then he rode on the back of rodgers and when he finally changed things to his way then we went in reverse as he took our style of football away......nobody rated him or would want him as their manager and that's why he is in the back beyond collecting mega bucks.....

So you say. Every comment I've ever heard or read about this, Michu says the opposite. Can't be bothered to trawl the archives but it's all there for you. On the other hand, what evidence do you have for your comment? I'll save you the trouble: bugger all is the answer because this is yet another figment of your imagination.

No need to take the Monk glasses off Vetch, he oversaw our best performances in Europe, whereas ML came out and always said that we cannot compete against the top 6-7.

2 and out in Europe , the least possible games to be out... 1 and out in the FA Cup , the least possible. All so Monk could concentrate on almost getting us relegated with his new found healthy team ,. Lucky we played unitnterested teams are last 3 games or we would have been joining Cardiff this season .

We were lucky last three games , the last against an already up Sunderland and the 2 before that we played **** and got lucky ... all with a full bench . One word about your comment about Monk playing best in Europe .... Valencia

Our performances against Napoli trump Valencia for me given that Napoli are a MUCH better side than Valencia.
Oh and we finished 9 points above the relegation zone, hardly 'nearly got us relegated' is it.
