More looking forward to the permanent signings. It seems to be taking an age and it's not as if the rumours are intensifying any.
Have a suspicion that we are taking loans because there is a danger that we may not get enough signings over the line. We must be the most unloved team in the world....footballers all over Europe are threatening suicide rather than come here.
Yet it seems other clubs around us with far less spending power are signing players left, right and centre.

Taider's having a medical Tuesday, Scholetto will be too around the same time. Van Dijk and Forster will sign next week.
From one or two posts I've read there's conflicting reports about Scholetto, but he is likely to join?
Di Marzio who is the main source of transfer news from Italy has not mentioned Scholetto to Saints in any of his reports, but another source has quotes from his agent saying that they were in talks with Saints intermediaries based in Italy and were waiting to hear. Since then he has followed the club on twitter

Nothing. All silent. There was talk of a signing slipping under the radar tomorrow but I've heard nothing more than that, which I think people knew anyway.
It has been extremely quiet so far. From what Koeman said on Thursday I was expecting 3 new players by today.
Yea..! Couldn't we do with one of those to finally shrug off the last lingering feelings. But that would be like signing Zlatan on the quiet. Now wouldn't that be fun..?
