Yeah that's what I was thinking. Whatever happens with Taider, he'll contribute more than Osvaldo was going to.
well they didn't want to pay a fee and they wanted to fob us off with any player they didn't want (schelotto in particular). It would be a method of effectively paying a fee without increasing their costs.
I dunno, I've not seen too much of Schelotto. I suppose at least Redmond is younger, but I don't really want either of them starting for us.
I really don't want Schelotto, he plays like a headless chicken. I don't know much about Taider, but a lot of Inter fans think highly of him.
What I don't get is one Italian site says we are getting schelotto(and has quotes from his agent) and Taider, yet Di Marzio says only Taider is coming.
Inter apparently wants to get rid of Schelotto and his agent is pushing for a move to Southampton, but we don't seem so keen on him.
Redmond has skill; as a backup, I'm okay with bringing him in. Schelotto really has one ability, and that's running very fast. Either he or Mayuka could have some utility in situations where we want to put a track athlete wide and boot balls into space behind high defensive lines, but that's about it.
Lol. The only time N'Guessan has ever played well was on loan at Lincoln City.......in L2.......a zillion years ago.
I've given up on that. Clearly the new regime don't rate him either. I think he'll be Palace colours soon (or West Brom). He has looked sloppy pre-season so he's not doing himself any favours.
