Milan wait QPR out on Taarabt By Football Italia staff Adel Taarabt âcould return to Milan in the last week of August when QPR realise they have no other options.â The forward joined on loan in January and impressed, but not enough for the Rossoneri to pay the buy-out clause. Taarabt has gone back to Queens Park Rangers, but the FIFA agent who brokered his Milan move doesnât think itâs over yet. âIn my view Milan evidently wanted to avoid spending the money for the buy-out,â Vincenzo Morabito told Tuttomercatoweb. âI think thereâs still a chance of seeing him with a Rossoneri jersey. It can be finished off in the last week of August when QPR realise they have no other options. âAt that stage, they could consider another loan. The club tried offering him up in England, but despite a good season there wasnât much interest in him. âMilan need to complete their squad, but the problem right now is that Robinho complicates matters. Taarabt is a player they already know and theyâre aware of what he can give.â Robinho is on the market, but so far Milan and his entourage have failed to agree terms with Orlando City, Santos, Flamingo or Olympiacos.
Harry thinks he's a fruitcake and said so about 18 months ago. Arrogance on both sides. Question is whether it's insurmountable
Read the article again and work it out. The clue is in the second fourth and fifth lines of the quote. Got it yet or do you want me to spell it out for you? For a sale to happen, the starting point is that a buyer has to be willing to pay the price the seller has asked for. Where there's a difference of opinion they negotiate and hopefully agree a price. The size of his waist, esteem many on here hold him in, willingness to put a shift in or not and resemblance to any anatomical part is irrelevant until that has happened.
Don't think Harry does like him. Didn't he sell Taarabt to us when Spurs manager? With a 40% sell on clause which has (ironically) made Taarabt's sale now to Milan more complicated? Called him a fruitcake last year, loaned him to Fulham. Expressed surprise the Italians were even interested last January. Given Harry's reputation as a man manager, its little wonder there is 'not much interest' in England. Seems everyone - Adel included - thinks his future is in Italy. The only surprise in this story is that the agent has gone on record with such an insulting comment. He's insulted Adel by suggesting no-one else will come in for him and ratcheted up pressure on both clubs by claiming Milan are playing us. He's either been on the lash or he's not getting a cut from this deal!
You'd think by now Adel must wonder why no-one wants him and realise the problem must be him or his attitude or is he really thick?
You may not want him, but I think the majority of QPR support, and Owners wants him, and it seems like Milan's management and fans want him too. Thick? I don't think so, extremely talented and intelligent in some ways, but a bit unusual in other ways for Kent people maybe !
How many chances does a player need? He had 1 good season for us in the championship other than that his forms been patchy, his attitude stinks. Milans fans and owners are welcome to him as long as they stump up the cash.
It seems to be a bigger can of worms than anyone imagined, Kia Joorabchian was Adel's agent and, if my memory is right was behind the Spurs sale and Adel getting an improved contract when he got the No.10 shirt. Whether it's different now is unclear but nothing ever is clear with Adel...
Eif Jimmy tabuck really loved Milan, he should of taken a pay cut to go there. Again affirming he's an idiot
Remind me what he did first season we were promoted, now he is 3 years older fatter and the attitude is even worse.
All you need to do is go through your hard disc for the plenty he did for us in the PL. Take a look at the photos of him on the Official now to see how fat he is now not . His "attitude"? don't know, don't care as long as he does it on the park for us again, like he did for Milan just 2 or 3 months ago. You are right about him being about 3 years older though.
