Those were the days when people were still surprised at SKD letting in goals at the near post. Good old Jonno, that was probably the best moment of his career. Great goal by Lee Barnard too.

He'll be a good squad player in my opinion. Doesn't seem as if Koeman rates Cork. Suppose we'll find out if he gets a new contract.
From what I've seen of Cork so far this pre-season, he's looking sloppy. A bit like his first game when Wanyama was injured last season. Not surprising, in that case, if Koeman doesn't rate him too highly.
Strange about Cork. Fans rate him and he played well when Poch was forced to play him. I hoped he would get a fresh start under Koeman, but perhaps not a good fit with him either. Cork has spoken positively about the new regime...though his Dad hasn't. Any sign of a new contract or is he just being kept as a squad player for another season. The Echo seem to think Taider is on his way. We are probably going to take a hit on Osvaldo, but you can't win them all....at least his fee will be reduced by 2 years depreciation in the books.
