    They're talking about it on KUMB and they don't think he'd want to join us because of what's gone on this summer. I think they're in denial a little. They also seem to think James Tomkins is off to Swansea, so that might make them rather reluctant to let another CB go.

    We'd presumably have to pay slightly over the odds for Reid, because unless they're worried about his recent injuries I see no reason why they would be looking to sell him.

    I'd happily see us sign him.

    I've heard Taider's deal has stalled as the player now wants to stay at Inter, deal not quite dead yet though. If he's not involved I fully expect another played to join us in the Osvaldo swap deal.

    I would be amazed if we did get a signing of Rojo's quality and that there wouldn't be a leak in the press at all. I know the club did well with Bertrand, but I just can't see a signing of that magnitude not getting out.
