Had trouble sleeping last night as well, but Not606 wasn't a solution that occurred to me! I lay down right on the edge of the bed - wasn't long before I dropped off.... Ok, poor jokes aside, a cup of sweet tea, then switched on a fan to cool the room down and plugged in an audiobook on my ipod. Probably fell asleep around three, then up just after seven for work
If I am having a hard time to fall asleep, I just read a book. And then, "Voilà !!", drop dead snoring hahaha
