Hard as it is not really knowing the players, what lineup would you send out today?

4-3-3? (Don't like Morison wide and no Byram, but Byram isn't a wide striker)

    ----------Silvestri

    Berardi Wooton Pearce Taylor

    ----Bianchi Murphy Austin

    --Morison------------Doukara

    -------------Smith

4-2-3-1 (Assuming Byram has been practicing as a winger)

    ----------Silvestri

    Berardi Wooton Pearce Taylor

    -------Murphy--Bianchi

    Byram -- Mowatt -- Doukara

    ----------Smith

I like the look of the 4-2-3-1. I expect a 3-1 Leeds win today

4-2-3-1 looks good. But would have Austin in place of Murphy and Murphy in place of mowatt.

With mowatt on the bench. Morison should be a left back. Left back at thorp arch that is.

I guess in that 4-3-3 you could always use Hunt instead of Morison

i have just read this, anyone know how much truth is in it? Are players turning their backs on us or is cellino telling them to **** off?

    http://footballleagueworld.co.uk/eight-players-rule-out-move-to-leeds-united-this-week/

Eight players have ruled out a possible move to Leeds United this week after many of them joined different clubs.

Italian international Davide Astori is one of the players who had been linked with Leeds this summer, however the defender has instead joined Serie A club AS Roma on a season long loan.

Swiss defender Jonathan Rossini joined Serie B side Bari on loan after Leeds pulled out of a deal for the 25-year-old during their pre-season tour of Italy.

Brazilian Rodrigo is another player who had been linked with the Championship club this summer, but has joined Serie A side Avellino.

Manchester City youngster Emyr Huws was linked with a loan deal to Leeds this summer but has decided to join Wigan Athletic instead.

Rochdale striker Scott Hogan was linked with a move to Elland Road throughout this transfer window but he signed a three-year deal with Brentford last weekend.

Scunthorpe United striker Sam Winnall had been linked with a move to Leeds since June but he put pen-to-paper with Barnsley on a three-year deal. Napoli defender

Alessandro Gamberini was also linked with Leeds this summer but he has instead joined Serie A side Chievo Verona. Another player Leeds have missed out on is Cagliari defender Danilo Avelar, who committed his future to the Serie A club despite being linked with a move to Elland Road since January.

Hull City midfielder Robert Koren was linked with a move to Leeds as well, but is on the verge of joining newly formed club Melbourne City in Australia.

it's not good at all. i initially hoped we could challenge for the play offs but thought next season we could have a real tilt at winning the league. sadly i am starting to fear the worst.

Well what do we expect...we've an out of their depth coach/manager and assistant coach. We've cheap foreigners, we are still looking for new signings with over 2+ weeks till the season starts. Looks like Ristac's pessimistic, but honest opinions could be right. I understand that Cellino has had a lot of off field problems and has cleared a lot of debt, but I don't like his idea of player that he seems to want at the club.

Happy Saturday everyone .. Hockaday is a problem when it comes to attracting players, that's for sure, and a young talent like Viviani won't want to come on loan if he doesn't believe Hock and Junior will improve him ... in all honesty, what player with genuine ability will want to play for those two? Now, as I hear it, Viviani wanted a get out clause in January if he wasn't happy with his progress at Leeds, and there were also issues with the buy clause at the end of the season ... Viviani is 22 now, and this is a huge season for him in terms of progress, and after Mansfield and meeting the coach you can easily understand if he's having second thoughts

now here's where it hurts us - Cellino is well known in Italy for his eccentric decisions, and there will be agents taking this into account ... Viviani is an Italian U21 International, and was captain of Roma's development team last season, and has 6 appearances under his belt for Roma ... Viviani is recognised as an up and coming talent, which is why Serie A clubs want to loan him ... so he decides against Leeds, and you can bet your house that now the agents of other players being approached by Leeds will be making contact with Viviani's team and asking why ... the story they will be spinning will be negative, and probably even carry a health risk warning ... this will not help Cellino at all, especially if the message is that the coach is clueless and the team doomed

the only thing that will help us is if Cellino has a real go now and gets players who matter to our progress rather than trying to skimp ... we lost a centre back in Bellusci because Cellino only wants to shop at Poundland ... if we struggle again today Cellino will have to take note and step up his ideas ... as for Hock, well think he may well be gone by October if Mansfield is anything to go by, but that will depend on how pig headed Cellino is about his unexpected move to get this unknown in as his coach, as he may well want to give Hock more time to get it right so that Cellino can say "I told you so, I am indeed a God"

No chance of that Shaks, I'd get me arse burned. Just seen the team for today and note we have only one of our foreign imports starting. Were hardly to learn much about them today. And now it gets worse that white can get into a starting eleven
