As a player Monk couldn't even organise his own back 4 and our set piece defending was an unmitigated disaster for practically the whole time he played for us. Sousa brought some kind of order to our defensive chaos but. in order to do that, he had the entire team defending starting with poor Pintado up front who had to run his guts out. Sousa's thanks?
