You're right, Fletcher is ok. I think it more likely that Carrick is Van Rental's type of player than Fletcher anyway.
I think we have enough winger/off the striker players in Ince/Aluko/Brady/Snoddy. We lack a top defensive midfielder so that's what I'd expect us to go for
