    losing five first team players SO I be all changed when start of the season
    we always loose players to top teams going to Liverpool we had mark Wight and Steve William to Arsenal I am going a back a bit
    sorry to say saints will always be a selling club and will not in same League*as Liverpool,man u
    some supporters need to get real are we having a melt down and answers NO but Blackpool are having melt down as you say they only have eight player and not even have a goalkeeper
    I have seen many changes over the past 40 years with saints I will always be supporter throw the good and bad times and looking forward to the new season

    That would be annoying.

    What would be very worrying however, is if he isn't telling porkies and Players were sold from under his feet.

    I'd definitely prefer him to have been bullshitting.

    As I said, Croatian press reporting a deal has been struck between the clubs... understand the fee is about £22m.

    Lets hope we buy someone decent in that case, because thus far I fail to see how we have improved our squad with the two signings we have made... emphasis on 'improved' for those who might suggest some negativity on my part...

    Do we really need to improve it? The philosophy was that signings keep us ticking along and our outstanding youngsters push us onwards and upwards. Reed and co will hopefully be the stars this year. For me, that would be the best response. Lots of money in the bank and a team of young lions ripping it up.

    Though I wouldn't turn down a few good signings.

    22m so we made 13m on him in a year. Not bad for a player that didn't respect the fans, the club and the offer players.
