Why is it embarrassing? Do you not think our association with Warren Joyce gives us an advantage in the same way as Peterborough have an advantage thro' their association with Sir Alex Ferguson? In the era of "Money talks and BS walks" I am more than comfortable with a "Smaller" clubs gaining an advantage over the likes of Wet Spam, Lester, Birmingham and other "Fat Cats" through "alternative" means.
It has a very "daddy's boy" feel to it. Let's face it he's been living off that name since his playing career, under normal circumstances he would never have played for Man Utd. Sir Alex recalling them players after Preston sacked Darren was equally cringeworthy.
Well it did'nt help him much at Preston last season did it. At least Posh know that if they sack him mid season all the Man U loans will be recalled.
Tunnicliffe rated as one of the top- 3 prospects at Man utd, Pogba and Morrsion the other two. Think we need a Morrison more, but im wondering if he may get some gametime for the first team this year.
They think the world of Morrison BUT, his off the field antics are a worry to management. Morrison and Pogba are very similar players but Morrison has the added ability that can also play up front. Morrison is apparently joining the first team on the US pre-season money spinning tour so you would assum SAF will assess his progress then. There's also Davide Petrucci who is another attacking midfielder who is 20. Personally, I would rather have Pogba. He looks like he has more time on the ball and is a bigger unit. (Plus Morrison is from Wythenshawe which is like down market Orchard Park - no offence - so we would all have to make sure our hub-caps are locked!!)
is a compliment to Morrsions talent that fergie hasnt sacked him off yet, rated as the best young talent for years. Think he'l have trouble going on the tour what with his recent criminal record, unless the glazers pull some strings. i cant see us going for Pogba with Mckenna arriving, Ajose is the most likely
As things currently stand, Morrison can't enter the US as he's on a 12-month referral order, so he probably be left at home(or a special application will have to be made to the US immigration department).
Cant see us in for Pogba what with us signing Mckenna, Think Ajose is the most likely, Left wing or striker. But Morrison would maybe give us that X factor
They want him, but I think Man United want to test him above League One, apparently Southampton are in for him too.
