Was then sent on loan to Serie B side Padova on a season long loan in 12/13 playing only 25 of their 46 games and scored 2 goals - was offered to Padova for £1.5M but they said no thanks. Last season went on loan to Serie B side Pescara on a season long loan - played in only 5 of their first 21 games so was recalled by Roma and then sent to Latina Calcio where he played in 17 games scoring 2 - was offered to them for £750k but they also declined - also, he did not take set pieces for any of these teams!!

I really hate myself for this but you actually have to agree with TC.I feel like I'm the only one thats not been completely charmed by our club's direction yet. We could spend 2m on this guy who we are starting to seem a bit bloated in his position or we could go spend that 2m on Maguire which would be a better bet imo.
I was one of the few shouting for Cellino to take over, I am still glad that he has but he has an awful long way to go. I have absolutely no idea how good or bad this Federico Viviani is, if we get him we shall find out. I will hope that he is a real gem but until he has played a few games and settled in you just cannot say. Bucks describes him as a marque signing, based on what? Based on the facts pointed out by TC he certainly doesn't sound like one, based on a £2m price tag and interest from Serie A you would have to say opposite. I just prefer to stay grounded until we see what happens, if that is negative so be it. I can't help not getting all excited about unknown, unproven and unheard of players joining.
