Yeah agree '68... Nedum and Rio together works for me, although I would like us to sign one other CB - Caulker or another strong/fast player who can learn from Rio, Dunne and Hill.
I believe Rio when he says he had more lucrative offers elsewhere. I'm sure the Chinese would have paid shed loads for Rio. Call me naive if you wish but I think he actually wants to come and play footie and I think he will give 100%. We also have to face the fact that Rio has partially come due to the Harry effect. That is worth a considerable amount especially if it heralds further signings over the next week or two.
Exactly. He might earn it if he completes 38 full games, win the league and get us to Wembley to collect the double. Which would represent money well spent
