How would you 'sell' the profile of Hull City abroad? What could we do or say to encourage an overseas supporter to follow us over another team or sport?
Living in Malaysia whose national team is nicknamed the Malaysian Tigers it would work out here. We are already called Hull City Tigers on Tv
I'd change the name to tiger 1904. I'd tell all the local fans to die. I'd sack everyone. And send Nigel Pearson some hate mail. It's got to work.
How would i " sell, Hull City" in a traditional stance , by holding out my hand, and accepting magic beans from A WANDERING JEW, and I'd yell " it's yours all yours, from where you stand to as far as you can see to the horizon" oh and NO backsies!
You'd sell the club for a fiver? Interesting. What possessions do you own that you're willing to/looking to part with?
note the EDIT: Hattie, It seems i was shortchanged as i contemplated the OP. KERCHING. Sorry, nothing of any value in my life. I'm just a man , a merchant, alone with his cart and all I want to do is barter me, a mere couple of phrases. Anyway's Hat , you could'nt get a handle , on what i am selling.
It's available to you, at an hourly rate. £2.00. it is considered a deathtrap - Made in Khartoum - shipped from Carthage. Re - fillable on request.
I'd pay to advertise promo videos of our history, achievements and greatest goals on asian social networking sites, with a link to tigers player being the call to action. We talk about going global but realistically we're not doing a damn thing in hull let alone overseas.
I would alter our badge from having a date on but not our name to a badge with "Hull City" above the tiger's head and "The Tigers" beneath it.
Slightly related point. I see the official website has had some minor cosmetic changes. New badge is up and at the bottom it states... THE OFFICIAL CLUB WEBSITE OF HULL CITY TIGERS http://www.hullcitytigers.com/?site=desktop
