Why we have to pay them anything is a joke anyway considering he's out of contract

Blackpool have just had to cancel a pre-season tour to Spain due to only having 8 players on the books. They desperately need cash to get some sort of team together before Aug 9th so maybe it will get settled between the two clubs, 3 or 4 mil to Blackpool right now would be massive for them.

As much as I see your point, If Blackpool had been smarter and sold him then this really wouldn't be a problem. They can afford it that Oyston at blackpool is sitting on cash he got from parachute payments. Plus we aren't a charity

Why should we do them any favours? They've brought this on themselves, they should've sold him in January. Take it to a tribunal.

Im not saying do Blackpool a favour im saying they might panick abit and take what they consider as a reduced sum, a sum which City would see a fair valuation of Ince.

We aren't a charity like I say. Oyston wants 8m and I bet we have offered 1-2m and I can tell you what will happen. The tribunal will demand we pay in the region of 750k meaning they ****ing lose out. Oyston is a cantankerous ****tard when it comes to business as he knows football is a money game but he doesn't want to write the cheque (not to mention he paid 11.5m to his own company following relegation), the whole family is a ****storm really and I will personally have jelly and ice cream when him and his merry crew leave blackpool.

I feel sorry for their fans, another selfish owner has ****ed about with a football club. Portsmouth, Coventry, Birmingham and now Blackpool have been degraded by some arsewipe toying around with something considered very important by a lot of people.

I think Oyston has read the talk on here about Bruce/City being "raped" over other transfers and has decided if anyone is going to do any raping it should be him.

i dont get it , Blackpool paid Liverpool compensation when they signed him , was this payment to his youth development ?

Blackpool had him for three yrs , less half a season loan spell - so how much can Blackpool expect a Free Agent to be worth for their time and efforts in his development
I estimate it will be less than what Palace paid in their loan fee , and probably 50% of it , with Blackpool now not even able to get any sell on fee

It definitely does. Fan-owned clubs, another thing the Germans have right.
