Nile Ranger is a vile individual. Could have had the world at his feet but chose a wannabe gangster culture. Absolute tosser.

A few people saying he has (or had) talent. Leaving aside the fact that he has a season ticket at Newcastle's Market Street Police Station, in football terms he's ****e. Yes, he's got pace, and he's a big lad but he runs around aimlessly and contributes very little. He's missed some absolute sitters in the games he played for Newcastle, including games I watched him in during our year in the Championship. He scored 3 goals for us in 62 appearances. Say no more.

Add to that spectacular goal scoring form the rap sheet (off the top of my head charges or allegations of: drink driving, more than one assault, assaulting his girlfriend, being banned from the city centre, breaking his ban from the city centre, a rape trial, being a whisker away from being sacked by NUFC for being late every day, posing with a replica gun in the media, and I think he was actually jailed/put in a young offenders institute for robbery when he was at Southampton) and I'd steer well clear. I'd say he'd probably be League 1 or League 2 level if he could actually get his **** together and show some self control and professionalism but if I was a Championship club I wouldn't bother.

Just steer clear of him. Some ability in there no doubt, but no brains, even less morals, and a nasty streak that sees him hit girls. Don't do it, Leeds!

Lads, Ranger is a total **** up of a bloke.
Employing him would be like handing Guy Fawkes a match and telling him to be careful.
He will only bring ****e to your doorstep.
Sorry to be negative but I threw a party when we sacked him.

I think genuinely he has some talent and usually I would say give him a chance like I did Diouf. However, on this occasion I can't say that based on his record - punching women, alleged rape claims etc. Must not sign.

I think some people are being very unfair on wor Ranger...

and those people are the ones saying he has talent, being as they are totally unfair on actually talented footballers. I agree with those that say he had promise as a lad, but only because he had pace and a height advantage. He's a f**ing useless footballer. Utterly s**t. Stick size 12's on a sausage dog and that'd have more technical ability.

Oh yeah, and he's also one of the more moronic pieces of absolute scum I can't believe I can be classed in a species with.

    No way this ends happily.
