Can't believe you've actually got him for that if it's true, our board doesn't seem to have a clue anymore. 8mil for Snodgrass to 6mil for a far better player. You have a top player on your hands and will be getting a bargain. Us fans will just have another bone to chew with our board now it seems. Should be going for atleast 10mil in today's market, shame.
Have to say, I didn't pay a huge amount of attention to him last year so wasn't sure what he was like. Thanks for the report. How much did you get him for?
We're in the same boat with Remy, going for much less than he's worth unless his wage demands price him out of a move (hopefully)...
Would be very happy if true i said we should go after him, thanks for reading my posts Arry. Great box to box midfielder looked like one of Norwich better players last season
We paid £4.2mil for him so were making about 600k profit which is ridiculous. He needs to be played to his strengths which happened about twice under hughton. If you do play him to his strengths then you could triple your money on him in the next couple of year's. We were hoping he would stick to his word and stay till January cos he would boss the championship lol... Never mind.
I thought she just chewed on them and licked the marrow out. She looks like a staffie that's had a go at a moving bus.
Sensible age, price and the chance of a profit, this has to be a board signing. Redknapp will veto it and then sign Parker to a four year deal on deadline day!
I know I'm wasting my time, but does every thread have to turn into a dig at Harry? I think by now everyone is quite clear on your opinion, but some of what you continually churn out is complete bollocks. Did he not sign Remy, Austin and Phillips to name but a few? Are they past it and looking for a last payday? Nope, didn't think so. Fair enough that you don't agree with bringing in players last season on short deals with the sole view to getting us up (which worked, just), but why not wait and see what happens in this window before passing judgment? It's not as though he has a reputation for only signing thirty somethings at his previous clubs.
I believe this could prove to be a good piece of business in strengthening our squad - he's the right age, sensible price, previously a proven European goal-scorer, for whatever reasons, played out of position, formation etc. things obviously didn't work out at Norwich - hopefully he will gel with our lot. We need plentiful options with a quality strike force, to cover injuries, bench cover etc - look at what Man City often left on their bench in many games.
Leroy Fer's agent has played down talk linking the Norwich midfielder with a move to Queens Park Rangers. Rob Jansen said: There is quite a lot happening around Leroy, but I haven't spoken with Queens Park Rangers. As long as that didn't happen, I don't take such reports too serious.
Naah - you're wrong there. They are an anarcho-syndicalist commune. They take it in turns to be a sort of executive officer for the week, but all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting, by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs but by a two thirds majority in the case of...
Two words spring to mind "breath" & "wasting" I've given up responding to him now. He firmly believes his opinion is the only one that matters
