    Read this today and although I love Bally to bits I think it's time for him to go. I think this was one of the things Poyet was hinting at when he said there was something wrong right throughout the club

    Gus Poyet has axed coach Kevin Ball. Club legend ball is losing his job as under 21 boss. Poyet has won the battle to have a shake up at the SOL bringing in his own staff, and Balls face does not fit. The LMA is aware of the case and want to be sure Ball is paid off properly

    I love Bally, always will do. Something is drastically wrong with the academy though and he just hasn't brought the numbers through. It's time we did have a shake up.

    Hopefully Bally goes off, proves himself as a gaffer and one day comes back to manage us.

    His record in management at safc is gash but in tenious circumstances, the fact the players wanted him should look good on his cv, think he should cut his teeth in div 1
