He will release his dossier if it exists as part of his trial. In fact because the stakes will be so high he will hold nothing back. If he gets out he will go AWOL and won't ever go back to face trial and we won't find anything out. Besides your other hero once claimed to have a dossier and then never produced it. The allegation is one of misappropriation of £3mill it will end up in court. It matters not one jot if it's a civil or legal case he will have his day in court. If he gets sprung because there is no case to answer he will be hell bent on revenge that he will spew the story to anyone who will buy it or sue for defamation.
So if you 'accidentally' claimed an hours overtime that you weren't entitled to, do you think it would be fair that your employer has you held in prison whilst they see if they can draw up a case against you, whether civil or criminal? Or if Leeds had you held in jail whilst they decided if they would bring a case against you for standing during a match/swearing etc. I can see you being chuffed to bits about that. Not. That's how ridiculous it is.
It's £3mill not an hours overtime! But there again I wouldn't claim 1p I wasn't entitled to, nor would I have been a willing party to anything that GFH may have been upto in the last 18 months. What evidence is there to suggest it's £3m? If the evidence is that solid, then charges can be brought. They haven't. Doesn't strike me as being a solid case. Perhaps they're waiting to destroy more evidence than they've already destroyed. Imagine your daughter went to Dubai. Now she's been in jail, without charge, for 2 months. She's coughing up blood in the cell she shares with 40 or so prostitutes, drug addicts, murderers etc. She's been accused of being smuggled into Dubai without a passport. Her passport has been impounded and appears to have disappeared, even though it has the stamp that proves she followed due process to enter Dubai. Her bail has been set at a 'reasonable' £3.5m. No-one can afford the bail. Her laptop, which has a soft copy of her passport, again with the stamp ready to view, has also disappeared. There is no evidence to formulate charges, and equally there is no evidence to prove she's innocent. What do you do, Glory? Tell her it's her own fault & she deserved it?

Who said anything about being shady? I presumed innocence, trumped up charges, and criminal activity to remove any hope of freeing her. So comment now, bearing that in mind.
